Third Day 是来自
亚特兰大的著名信徒摇滚乐团，成立十年间，CD销量超过六百万张，多次获得Dove Award及Grammy Award大奖。
成就
Third Day 算起来也是 CCM （基督教福音乐队组合） 中力久弥坚的乐队老团, 在 2000 年的 DOVE - AWARDS 获得 4 项大奖，风光之余, 再接再厉, 分别在2001年和2005年获得葛莱美最佳福音乐队组合大奖。
承袭 LYNYRD SKYNYRD , The Eagles … 的美式南方乡村摇滚 , 虽是保守族群喜欢的老式摇滚 , 其强而有力的节奏也吸引著年轻族群 , 他们的风格是现代福音敬拜摇滚乐团可容易学习的入门教材 。
Third Day这个福音乐团包括著名的福音唱片厂牌essential .一开始知道了jars of clay和caedmon's call这样在福音圈里比较出色的乐团.但是真正把福音音乐带入主流唱片排行榜的还是third day。在casting crowns还没有出现之前,也只有他们的专集能在主流的排行榜占有一席之地。
third day乐队最擅长的是用时下最流行的摇滚方法来诠释传统意义上的福音歌曲，把二者从本质、精神上结合在了一起,从而使福音这种比较偏门的音乐类型得到大众的认可.如果你听他们的音乐,很难和教堂传统空灵、神秘的咏唱联系在一起，但是的确从歌词里透露出的全是对上帝坚定的爱和信仰，这就是他们高明之地，也受到欧美基督教界众多信众接受和欢迎的地方。
